I have been going with both of my children for 4 years now. The staff are lovely and for the most part appreciate children and don't push them to do what they are not comfortable with. I've had Karen look after both my children all this time and she is particularly lovely!
Bit pricey, but then most children's activities are these days.

This centre is one of my favourites. It is particularly good for children up to 6.

I had my daughter's party there, as well as attended another party. The staff were great, there was oodles of food for the kids, and they were very flexible about me bringing my own cake etc.

I love most about this centre the wide open spaces, airy feel and light. It does heat up on the really hot summer days as it's a large space to cool, but it's worth it!

I am happy with Virgin and never had a problem. They once lost my luggage, they knew where it went and it was couried by taxi (!!) for an hour to get it back to me the next day.
I am happy to pay less and not be fed, but have always found the staff friendly and much better to not have to worry I'll check in 29 minutes before my flight and have to pay for a new ticket!

Been here many a time, it's not too costly, the kids love it and the staff love animals. It's not the most glamorous of places, but then a farm shouldn't have to be! Kids can touch some of the animals in the nursery, the tractor ride is fun!

I can't vouch for the service in terms of my kids going there. But I did one tour and thought 'no way!'. The rooms and spaces are pokey, and the managers office looked like chaos. The manager was lovely but it just wasn't enough.

Lovely staff, never had an issue, fairly clean, nice coffee. The kids enjoy the centre, and it's great to be close to Knox so us parents can run a couple of errands before or after. My friend had a birthday party there and it went well.

I used to go here a lot with my small children. Now I see a new owner and she has spruced up the place and there is a lovely cafe atmosphere for the parents. It is also set up so that the kids can come to the tables without having to go in and out of gates. Great for little kids, they can be easily spotted and not too much to go in trouble with.
The owner serves better snack options, is nut free and says she doesn't use chemicals for cleaning. I'll be taking my two little ones back again... so I can get a cuppa!

I have been a member for years. Each Christmas (or when short of funds) I convert my points to a cheque. I love the myopinions as well, as I get lots of surveys. Each year I end up with $100 or more for Christmas costs. Love it! Have not had a problem with them.

I found their customer service great, they always get back to me. I personally found their bread and raisin toast ordinary, like home brand supermarket bread, but dearer. Their meat and milk is good. Their meat pies are ho-hum. I wouldn't use them again most likely as I still have to go to the shops anyway.
My bread was at times taken by birds or possums before I got to the delivery in the morning, and it took the delivery guy a few goes to work out that the extra box I put out there was for the food that didn't fit in the bag.
I like that they are getting more choice, and using more local produce than supermarkets probably do, but it's not a real convenience as I have to get cereal, crackers etc. anyway.

I just moved to another suburb and was sad to move to another Fernwood. The new centre is good, but the ladies at Chirnside Park were great. Fernwood is so different to the usual gyms, I actually came to the gym... and stayed for 4 years and counting. In other gyms in the past I have not felt as comfortable.
