This place is always busy, it is a popular place for brunch. I really enjoy the chai latte here and the cakes are always yummy. Nice selection of cakes/desserts. I like the sticky date pudding here, so moist and not overly sweet.

Best place for Long Tau Foo- so many selections of items. My favourites are the okra fish cake, the chilli filled with fish, the beancurd skin. The Char Kway Teow are also very delicious.

The chiffon cakes are delicious - so soft and fluffy, not too sweet. The Tiger swiss rolls is soft and tasty as well. I think this place is better than Breadtop- cheaper and tastier.

Friendly owner, lively atmosphere. The decor reminds me of diner in US when we were there for our honeymoon. The burgers were tasty. The serving was generous. The fries were my favourite.

My first experience there was good and while there I was offered a voucher for 5 massages at $200, which I accepted. I had to pay using cash because they charged fees for using credit card. Every time I tried to book for a massage, I was told they were fully booked. When I did managed to get a massage, I was given a very inexperienced person who didn't know how to do a proper massage. My 3rd massage was so horrible that I had severe back pain that lasted a week after the massage. I had to spend more money to go to a proper/certified masseur to fix my back. I asked for refund and was told I will not be getting any. I wished I had pay using credit card because then I could at least claim for charge back. I have told everyone I know to avoid this place like a plaque. They employ people from China/Taiwan who are here on Holiday Visa who have no massage experience. I know this from speaking to the masseur.

Came here for a solo dinner because husband was out with his mates. I had a scoopon voucher that entitled me to $50 value to spend. I ordered scallop for entree and lamb for main. The serving size was bigger than I expected. I was definitely very full at the end of my meal. The waitresses were friendly and treated me no differently from other customers even though I was using voucher.

Great coffee, friendly and efficient service. My favourite place for French toast. My hubby love their smashed avocado on toast. Prices are reasonable and we always managed to get table within 10 minutes(that's a big plus).

We used to come here very often when we were still living in Richmond. Everything here are just so tasty. My absolutely favourite is the sweet potato & carrot fritters with poached eggs. Perfectly cooked eggs, flavours are well balanced. The fritters are crunchy on the outside and soft/fluffy on the inside.

We always come here for meatless Monday or when we get sick of eating meat. The servings are generous for the price we paid. My favorite is the Pad Thai. The noodle soup are pretty tasty and filling.

Very tasty and affordable dumplings in the city. There's always line to get a table. The Dan Dan noodle also pretty amazing- has generous amount of meat and heat.
