I am shit with money. I’m not good at paying bills on time and having any money left over for food and living cost but I do it to avoid extra fees and or disconnection of services.

I employed my budget to help me this year and my money worries have gotten so much worse.

I was told they’d take care of the bills and the money they put in my account for me to spend would be for me to spend on me and what I want. It sounded great. So I sighted up for a 12 month (minimum contract) plan.

I get all the money I have asked for (from my wages and Centrelink) that they said they could work with in this budget.

I pay $65 a week for this service and thought I was finally financially independent.

I was wrong. They have been paying my rent late - by many weeks. They’ve not paid my electricity and gas (seperate) on time which incurs extra late payment fees for me, therefore costing me more.

They are giving me the weekly monies I asked for and they said I could afford at the cost of paying my bills late. Sometimes up to 2 months late.

I am feeling it’s not a company of people but a company run by an algorithm employing people.

Algorithms are important as to is Math. I didn’t employ them for this. I employed their services to help me pay my bills on time and not have to worry about money.

If you don’t have a steady/constant income I would not recommend this company at all.
I am in far more financial pain now that I have paid for their help then I was before.

Yes it may work for some people. It hasn’t worked for me. Especially with this coronavirus situation .
