A very good Chinese restaurant located across from Mooroolbark station. They are reasonably priced with the usual range of Chinese dishes!

They do a steady trade and also have karaoke on Friday nites!

An excellent native nursery. They are a little pricey - you can get similar plants cheaper at Bunnings - however, they have an excellent range of native Australian plants.

As well as a beautifully laid out nursery with a wide range of additions for your garden, Kuranga has a wonderful cafe. The Paperbark Cafe has an excellent variety of meals and snacks. Their scones with macadamia butter are wonderful!

As a part of the nursery, there is a gift shop that has a wide selection of Australian made items. From sauces and relishes to incense and soaps. When I am looking for a gift for friends overseas, this is the first place I go to.

This is a fantastic and reasonably priced nursery. Given the area - donacaster East/Warranwood - nurseries tend to be pricey, not so Beasleys.

As well as having a fantastic selection of plants, there is an excellent restaurant on the premises. They offer a wide range of meals and snacks. The cakes are sinful and reasonably priced.

A Melbourn institution!! The best cakes in Melbourne!! They make a fantastic cup of coffee too!! My fav is the canolli. Regular or chocolate filled or half and half.

A trip into Lygon Street is not complete without a stop off at Brunetti.

Philip Webb operates a number of offices in the Eastern suburbs.

The Ringwood office offers kind and friendly service. They do seem to have the market concered in the east as there are so many offices - Box Hill, Ringwood, Doncaster and Heathmont.

A reasonably priced Indian restaurant located near the Ringwood Library. It is a small restaurant but does a roaring trade.

The food is good, although their are better Indian restuarants in the area such as the Tag Agra. However they are failry cheap and the food is good.

They also deliver - a $3 charge apples.

A good Indian restaurant, but not the best I have eaten at.

An easy to find massage therapist on Maroondah HWY in Ringwood. It is a converted weather board house with excellent massage therapists.

Rates are reasonable (about $60/hour - pretty much standard for an hours massage) and the staff are friendly and accomodating.

A great little take-away Japanese place located in Ringwood. As well as "sushi" (or the Australian equivalent), they do great bentos (lunch boxes).

The Tempura Don is fantastic and very authentic. Prices are reasonable ans the staff are extremely friendly. Food is cooked when you order and service is speedy.

An excellent place to take out of town or visitiors from overseas. As well as serving fantastic meals and drinks, the gallery is fantastic. There are many different crafts from local artisians that can be bought. I was especially impressed with the wood craft.

An easy to find location - on Maroondah HWY as you head into Lilydale and resaonably priced.

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, however the staff (especially Bill) at Lilydale Hyundai were fantastic.

They were very patient and not pushy at all!! That was a huge plus as other Hyundai dealers I had visited tended to be a bit cocky and arrogant! Not so at Lilydale. I was very satisfied with the service and the deal that I received.
