Have been going here since babies born-3yrs. Very accommodating for little ones-staff generally attentive and pleasant.
But lately...last two visits have been appalling. 2nd last visit my garlic mushrooms were gritty. Crunchy. As in NO one bothered to wipe the sand and soil they were grown in off them. Disgusting. And as I didn't complain enough, no discount offered no free meal. Just an apology
Last visit. My bacon fritters turned out to be tiny croquettes with weird flavorless mash inside-salty grossness. But the winner was the large LIVE beetle climbing it's way through my daughters salad.
Aarrrgh!!!! Yes we told the wait staff. Yes she apologized and asked if we wanted another meal. My daughter was so put off eating she said no thanks. We were told the chef would be informed...but after waiting forever half an hour for a comeback we decided to leave.
Staff at checkout had no idea about our beetle-and gave us 10% off our $150 bill.
I cannot believe we were still charged half of the beetle meal!!! We are from now on taking our business somewhere else. One with less beetles and nicer manners :)

my beautician was a bit rough..(read-bleeding cuticles) but other than that finished result was lovely!
but the rough stuff put me off-found a gentler place!

This salon looks amazing and the staff were lovely. My haircut didnt live up to my expectations but it was ok.
salon was clean and coffee offered was lovely-so was the chocolate truffle!
Massage chair was awesome while having hair washed-its these little things that impressed me!
My end result was an ok cut-so for the price i expected a little more style wise. Would prefer an awesome cut and NO truffle!

This was my salon of choice for over 6 years, (used to be called Ian's hairdressing) however several of the long standing hairdressers left and for me it got worse and worse.
1st the prices really hiked up then the quality went!!
One new girl "cut" my hair so LITTLE it was like i hadn't had a trim!!
i decided to complain and got a free cut to fix it but i was doomed after that. At one point i was charged $65 for my 12 yr old daughters hair cut and i felt that was insane so i left that salon for good. I havent been back for over 2 yrs now so maybe things have improved

I've been here several times now. Pretty good set up. A little english gets lost in translation but everyone figures each other out!
Staff always fit us in especially if you don't have an appointment, and they are lovely and just get on and get things done.
Its a real family business-(read..little ones running around being naughty and cute) but as a mum I'm cool with that!!
Local, well priced and fast.

I had a green science facial on my very sensitive skin. entire experience was amazing!
Aveda products are used and they were excellent-gentle yet effective, and very soothing-both for my skin and my mind set. Aromatherapy was ideal and personalised for me!
I had fantastic results with my skin.
Staff were professional experienced well qualified and lovely.
Establishment was spotless and tranquil, i wouldn''t hesitate recommending body and spirit to anyone!!

1st visit ok. Good turkish food not bad overall!
2nd visit. Menu had changed. Same old same old. Not much Turkish food remaining. Errors with orders. Of 8 orders 2 meals were overcooked. Delayed service was frustrating as we were only ones there!!
3rd visit...nightmare! Same 8 orders-2 meals not edible. One burnt one raw. 2 coffee and biscuit orders completely forgotten but the rest bought out...weird!! Again waiting for bread salad and dry overcooked meat took forever-yet again place was only 1/4 capacity. We did receive a refund for both inedible meals and apologies all round for quality delays and poor service.
But they have done their dash. We're not returning-ever!!
