Just recently moved health fund from medibank to peoplecare. I needed a good family cover for both my husband and I since we are planning to have a baby. We found peoplecare through many recommendations. We've been very happy. Not only the premiums very reasonable but the cover is very comprehensive and the amount we got back for our claims so far has been outstanding. I'm on full hospital cover with $250 excess and gold extras. I recently purchased designer frames and new lenses. It would have cost me $730 without private insurance but I got $300 back from peoplecare bringing my cost to only $430. Never had that much back with my old fund! I also claimed for naturopath service and that also had been easy and I got back a very decent amount. However, it's their customer services that I really want to praise. It's simply outstanding. Phone calls always answered within a few rings and the staff are very friendly, courteous and know their products very well. Highly recommended if you are looking for a health fund or just looking for a better one.
