0 stars - I am not in habit of leaving reviews in general, let alone negative ones but after a number of bad experiences I think people should know this is by far the worst courier service. I moved recently and had a couple parcels a week away from being delivered and they refused to redirect for no reason at all. Australia Post lets you do this. When there is also no contact number to speak to anyone directly for a courier service, well that's a huge red flag because how do you get service for something more urgent? Then yesterday I wasn't home to accept a delivery, they didn't leave a con note with any tracking so I had just had to wait until they texted me with details the next day, and the collection point is in Carlton North when I live in Collingwood. Seriously appalling service. I will definitely send feedback to the seller and tell them they should avoid Couriers Please.

If I know in advance that a seller uses Couriers Please I'll avoid dealing with them; sadly you often only find out when the dreaded yellow and red card appears.
Two recent examples - both times the courier rang my intercom but walked away within 20 seconds and had left within the two minutes it takes me to get to the building entry. The tracking website form doesn't accept the card number for redelivery, so now I have to hire a car to collect the parcels from their "pop shop" three kilometres away.

I would give 0 stars if possible. my item was picked up by courier drivers on the 5th October. package hadn't arrived by 15th Oct and followed up by sending them a message as I couldn't phone through due to their phone lines being too busy. got a message 3 days later saying there are delays and they will look into it. finally managed to phone on 22nd Oct and advised package hadn't arrived and they said they would escalate to the resolutions team and have an answer in 3 business days. I had to chase them up again on another 4 occasions and they don't have an answer in regards to My parcel and said it is a priority as they are looking for it in their warehouse.
it is now the 4th November and I still don't have my package and they haven't bothered to call me back with any updates even though they said they would.
pathetic customer service, and frustrating experience overall. highly suggest to use ANY other company than this one.

Can it be less than 1 star?! I ordered an item from an online seller that uses Courier Please, I received an email with tracking that has an estimated date of delivery, but there were no tracking updates in between whatsoever. When it comes to the day of the expected delivery, delivery never arrived. The next day, the tracking information disappeared on their website, and there wasn't even a phone number listed on the website to contact. It forces you to fill in a form for enquiry. This online seller is literally 2 suburbs from my address; I would have picked up the item myself if I was allowed to. So disappointed! I paid just as much for shipping as the item itself.

Zero stars. After sending me a tracking number and waiting a few weeks I spoke to the company who have told me that have never received my package for delivery.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is a must.
Was expecting a parcel and I was at home the whole day, then i get an email saying sorry we missed you.
I was surprised and quickly ran out just in case they were still lingering outside, checked the mailbox, nothing. No note/card from them.
So basically they didn't bother to come to my door and knock or ring the bell. Not even a note/card was left as proof of them even being there.
Tried calling them and was on hold for over an hour and nothing.
Tried to redeliver but the my consignment number doesn't work on their website.
Still waiting now for a very important parcel which I have no idea when it's ever going to arrive.
Please find another courier to use. Avoid money and time wasting with this one.

I am wondering if you ended up receiving your parcel? Your review stood out as the exact same thing is happening to me! They send texts claiming to have been at my place at 8:43am but "business is closed". Nobody came here. No card has been left! I think it's a scam and they are keeping people's parcels. I am contacting ACCC today about them.

Made no attempt to actually deliver the parcel and lied about leaving a card. Worst courier company to deal with. This is the second time I have issues with parcels not being delivered. Don't know how they are still in business.

I am still to receive my parcel.
It was picked up from Sydney to be delivered to Sydney and 30 days later I still have not received the parcel. Getting help is impossible with extremely poor customer service. I have been sending emails, and calling. After being on hold for 1 hour and 27mins I got through to someone on Tuesday and they guaranteed me someone will call me back in 24hours and no one ever did. I tried calling again twice today, the first time I was on hold for 20 mins and the second time I was on hold for 1 hour 29mins with no answer. I clicked number 1 on the phone to have someone call me back and no one never did.
Never go through Couriers Please if you can avoid it.
Still waiting for my parcel.
