Do not buy from this bad business. Also have not received my order and it has been 3 weeks. They do not respond to emails and you can not cancel or refund. I will be going back and cancelling via my bank. Horrible experience as this was for a birthday present.

Hi Steven, have you received your printer yet? I also ordered a printer to the value of about $700 in early January and yet to receive.
I eventually got an email from them because of this review! The printers are on back-order so I eventually got a refund only after much pestering. Got the same printer at same price from MWave. Try emailing this person. Was the only one who helped me.

Everything is horrible. Save your time and money and buy somewhere else. Have been sending emails for over a month trying to cancel my order and get a full refund. Keep getting the same replies asking if I want to reconsider. No I do not want to reconsider and I've replied 5+ times stating very clearly that I want my order to be cancelled and refunded. Now are ignoring my emails. None of the information they've told me adds up. Why would my order have been sent if I've cancelled it and if it actually had WHY don't they already have a shipping number? Covid restrictions are no different than usual. Was told I could get a refund earlier on but obviously nothing has happened. Have contacted since and now they're offering 'account credit' with a $100 gift voucher. NO. I will never be ordering there again. Tried to post a bad review on their website but it needs to be approved. Yeah as if they'll approve that. I have worked hard for my money as everyone else has but particularly as a minor so it feels as if its been thrown in the bin. Really disappointed.

I was offered a refund after they failed to notify me that a product had not passed quality control until it was due to be delivered and only after I managed to get someone on the phone after unanswered emails. Yet weeks later I have not been refunded and when I have tried to get in contact I was offered a voucher instead and then no reply when I declined. This is actually the first time I’ve really had an issue with an online purchase from any company so don’t buy anything from them - find another supplier.

The chairs werent the right colour. So I called up customer service to initiate returns and their phone was unreachable, so i sent an email on 15th February. I also reached out to their chat with us option - i got Miggy online for a few secs and then there was no response. I am desperately still trying to get hold of someone to action my returns request. I would not recommend buying from here.

Not worth the stress. Will be ordering via a more reputable company next time. 3 weeks and still no delivery when I live 1 hour from the warehouse. No communication from my email. No tracking appears available, log in does not work. Alarm bells are ringing!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Like many others have stated, they are not sending out packages and you will not receive your item. It is a complete scam. They have turned off all comments on social media because they are shady and don't want unsuspecting people to catch on. They claim they are behind due to staff shortage, yet they just posted on Instagram they are doing a "Free shipping" deal today only. Why continue to promote your company and have more buyers if you can't even keep up? Facebook messenger is the only way I've been able to speak to someone. It's either Candace, Michelle, Roxy, or Emma. Emma comments on here with her email acting like she will help but she still gives the only generic answer everyone else does. I was told I would get a refund, but I have yet to see it. If I have any luck I will update this review.
UPDATE: After weeks of nonstop back and forth, I have finally received my refund. For that, I will give them 2 stars. I still don't recommend their company and hope they improve in the future. If you are in the same boat as me, I recommend speaking to them through FB messenger. "Candace" was the one who eventually gave me the refund.

Order number 2295 never arrived. Emails received stated delays due to covid restrictions in my area, then email told me it was dispatched then got a reply to my queries saying it hadnt been shipped and would be 15 working days once shipped. Then today received an email asking if I have received it as it should have arrived.
Communication is terrible and I would highly recommend buying elsewhere

My ORDER #19585 made to Home Appliaces Plus on the 15th January was not delivered with a justification of "delays due to COVID in my region". There was no lockdown in my region. On 6th Febriary I received an email that my order was "dispatched, but there is no tracking number yet". On 11th February I received an email about a "foulty stock" and was offered an "upgrade". I requested a refund of the money I paid. I was sent an automated response today about "too busy to resnd all emails". It feels as if this cmpany keep making excuses o provide goods which were paid or a refund. I will call Consumer Affirs Victoria to deeif there is a way to report poor or dishonest business practices. The money I paid: $292.00
Update: an email came that "the manager called me on the 18th February to apologise for the inconvenience", but "there was only a voice mail on my phone". It does not help me if the manager calls, I want my money to be refunded a.s.a.p. I have my banking details. I have to get on to the Consumer Affairs I did not have time to do yet.

It's pretty sad that this is the only way to get customer service.
