It is a scam. I had heaps of points and have no had by membership terminated because I apparently violated something.

been 6yrs 1 month with this mob of scammers redeemed 1 $50 voucher which was rejected by woollies later could not claim as out of stock for what i wanted, at a later date tried to redeem points but was kicked out and had all mt points stolen. how can these thieves be allowed to operate

[redacted] it seems to be standard now that when you try to redeem points, you are told your a/c has been terminated for a breach (unspecified) of their conditions. I had points worth over $110 - and cannot redeem them, [redacted]

Nothing but trouble with this site. Very few surveys worth any points. Cant redeem 'points or change details. Help desk is useless. Every time I contact them they don't know what to do and always pass things on which never get rectified. If i send in an email highlighting a problem with my account it gets terminated.

I HAVE BEEN WITH OPINION WORLD FOR A LONG TIME AND HAVE NOW ACCUMULATED OVER 11000 POINTS. UNFORTUNATELY THE ONLY RECEMPTION IS PAYPAL OR CHARITY AND I WOULD MUCH PREFER A COLES VOUCHER. WHEN I GO TO THE REDEMPTION SCREEN THERE ARE ONLY THE TWO OPTIONS AND NOT COLES AS ADVERTISED ON THE MAIN PAGE. A BIT DISAPPOINTED.

ive only been a member of opinion world for 2 months and already im hooked,i love the fact i am earning money from home and i find most of the surveys quite interesting,ive already earned a $20 target voucher and have a $20 kmart one on its way,i love it

I've been using opinionworld for I think almost two years now and I've been very happy with it. They recently redesigned their webshop to make it easier and clearer to use and have added an option for payment into paypal rather than only offering gift cards. I get the chance to share my opinions and earn rewards at the same time. I do admit it takes a while to build up points and sometimes it is difficult to find a survey I am able to fully complete but I have received every gift card I have ordered from them as a reward and they have been delivered quite quickly and I've never had an issue using them in stores. If you have time on your hands and like sharing your opinions I think this is a great way to kill boredom.

I agree with previous reviews,lots of surveys and few points rewarded.Also they are always trying to get you to do surveys for charity,there should be some personal reward as well but there isn't.Thinking of ditching them.

OK so i will admit i went through this stage of joinning every rewards/survey site known to man...i was excited at the thought of wasting time while earning point BUT this bussiness went to the what i call 'join and cancel site'

Takes way to long to even get enough points to get anything. Didnt get that many surveys..which when did the reward was not many points.

I wouldnt join..better sites out there...

You receive around 30 rewards points for each survey you complete for this research agency and each survey takes about ten minutes. To receive a ten dollar reward voucher you need to make 500 points. That is about 17 surveys at 10 minutes each so 170 minutes (almost 3 hours) for 10.00 and they are charging large companies a fortune for the valuable information you provide for 3.00 an hour. Does that sound like a fair and equitable rate for squeezing information out of you on your buying habits, movie viewings, work practices and every other aspect of your life? Doesn't sound good to me. Sounds like exploitation. Steer clear of this site unless you have more time than sense. Another negative is amount you will receive in rewards is not clearly laid out on,you only find out at the point of redemption so you work away to accumulate these points only to discover it's all for a measly $10.00.

This site doesn't send you a lot of survey invitation emails. They also post few survey oppurtunities on their website. Since January this year, I just claimed total of 60.00 vouchers from them.

Recently, they just upgraded their website and now offer bonus points when you qualify with the surveys. To me, Opinionworld is a good survey site but definitely not one of the best.

OpinionWorld is one of the better paid survey sites. Recently I have had plenty of surveys with them, however I find it best to check the website daily, rather than rely on obtaining survey invitations. On average I'd do one or two surveys for them each day. Points accumulate quickly and can be redeemed for as little as 500 points, which is the equivalent of $10.00. In the last week I've twice redeemed 500 points. A number of the available vouchers are delivered online, such as with oo.com.au, thereby enabling you to have immediate access them.

Unfortunately the website doesn't adequately explain the redemption process, and it is only after you click "redeem" that you are able to ascertain the rewards available. It's best, therefore, to make a note of all the available rewards upon your first redemption for future reference.

I'm a fairly new member of this site and so far I've been pretty happy. I've gotten a number of surveys, and think the rewards for them are fair. I agree with other posters with regards to the information on the site - its pretty woeful. But whenever I've fired off an email to them I've received a prompt reply.
In a very short time I've accumulated almost $70 worth of points, so all in all I'm pretty happy.

I experienced that this is not a good survey site and I wonder whether there are people out there who find it good. It has much less survey than others (or may be I am not actually qualified). I also found that the website doesn't explain all things clear enough, for example there is no link to find out how many point you need to get a gift card. They only said you need at least 500 points to redeem without telling the value of gift card you can get with that.

I have just recently joined. I found their website hard to navigate through and find information. I wanted to know how many points you need to redeem a $10 or $20 voucher. Could not find it anywhere on their website. I ended up sending them an email, they said 500 points is equal to $10 AUD. I was surprised when they relied to my email in less than half an hr, good customer service. So far i have earned around $5. I wonder how often i will receive surveys

Since the beginning of this year, I already received AUD80.00 worth of KMart voucher from this survey site. I am a happy panel member of this site. If you are loooking for quick money, I will not recommend this site to you. The survey invitation sometimes is really slow but to me, staying on this site is all worth it. Why not give it a try?

I was a member of this website and decided to cancel it as I did not receive much benefit of any rewards after a long time completing surveys.

the website was not as clear as the other sites i am a member of and so I could not really tell how many points I earned and what reward i was entilted to

This survey site is ridiculous it is taking me forever to get any rewards. It is a complete waste of time.

I have been a member for a while but find they don not pay very fairly for the surveys that I have done with them. Have not used the site for quite some time due to this. Better rewards sites out there.

Still a member but they do not pay fairly for their surveys so don't really use the site any more. Not happy!

I joined this company around 4 months ago and have almost earnt enough points to receive a reward. For every survey you complete you are able to choose from 3 charities to donate money to which is fantastic. The surveys are interesting to do.

I have recently joined this site, survey's are easy and you can do your part by giving to charity so you can make a difference to someone else's life.

I was a member for over 12 months, they tell you that you can earn points, competition entries or donate to charity! I have no idea what the amount is that they donate but you do not have a say. I got a couple of surveys that had a point value in the beginning but about 3 months into it I noticed that all they were offering was competition entries OR donate to charity. To me spending hours doing surveys for only those kind of rewards is pitiful when there are real genuine companies that do right by their members.
