I love the new I love the new Customer Service Portal. it makes claiming alot easier. i dont have to ring up now when i need to send in a claim. i simply upload and they keep me updated on how my claim is tracking!

After much research I took out pet insurance for my dog Buddy through Pet Insurance Australia. I was impressed by the competitive pricing of the policies but most of all they covered so much more than other companies. I have since made 2 claims through the pet portal and found it to be a quick and simple process. Would highly recommend to any pet lover.

good insurance at an excellent price ... i checked around and couldn't find any equal for near the same price also been great to deal with very happy and i will continue cover for my pets life !!!

It is the best pet insurance I have ever used. I have 2 dogs and I never have a problem with a claim or anything. Customer service is really good. I highly recommend it.

As luck would have it, within the first year of the policy, my precious pup needed emergency care. Making a claim was so easy using the PIA Pet Portal and I still cannot believe how quickly the claim was settled! My furbaby deserves the best and I have no hesitation in recommending PIA.

Although I have yet to make a claim through Pet Insurance Australia, I was very impressed with how easy it was to navigate the website, compare options and arrange our insurance. After checking some other alternatives online, PIA was clearly the best choice for cost and inclusions. I have been confidently recommending friends to PIA since signing up.
