I would recommend Pet Insurance Australia as they respond very quickly to claims and the claim form is simple to complete. I believe Pet Insurance have show high integrity as they do what they say they do. Turn around times are quick and you do not have to jump through any hoops to receive reimbursement. Thanks PIA.

My review is simple. The claims system at PIA beats any on the market. Gone are the days where the Vet and you have to fill out lengthy forms, which delays the claims process and is quite simply a painful experience. Making a claim is so easy and so fast and means I would recommend PIA to anyone who asks!

After an unexpected $900 vet bill for what turned out to be nothing serious, I decided it was time to cover my Pointer mix, Jasmine. Unfortunately due to this vet visit there was no waiving the 6 month waiting period on cruciate injury, but that's the only minor issue I've had with PIA. I'm just glad I got it when I did because It's already paid for itself after a couple of accidents and a funny looking lump that I may have otherwise left unchecked. Each of my claims have been processed smoothly, so when I got the renewal notice I was happy to stick with them for another year. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

I am very happy with this pet insurance. I have one for each of my cats. It was the cheapest/most cost effective price I found, and I am happy with the peace of mind it affords me. Also very simple annual/monthly premiums & when my annual premium was due again the payment was taken out of my account with no further hassles.

PIA were recommended to us by our local Vet, after doing alot of research to find the right insurance for our puppy we understood why our Vet recommend them. They made signing up so easy and quick and so far we are yet to claim but very happy with the smooth process of signing up.

PIA have been really helpful.. it can seem a burdon paying pet insurance but when we had to make a claim for our dog this year we were so happy that we had it.. especially since it was christmas time! The PIA online portal is also a great tool for updating your account and uploading documents relevant to making a claim

Pet insurance is generally expensive but PIA was the best I found when I got my puppy. While the fortnightly payments might seem high, especially if you make a small claim and the excess absorbs most of the return, think of it more as a plan for major emergencies and incidents that you might have trouble paying for when your pet gets into real trouble. Customer service is friendly and efficient but they do need to improve their online portal interface.
