My name is Horace and I am a rescue Labrador. When my Mum and Dad rescued me, they talked about insurance a lot and said they should get it because the didn't for the cats (my new brothers) and had to pay $9,000 in vet bills one time. Anyway, I guess they must have got insurance, because I got attacked one day by a nasty dog and had to have surgery on by back leg. My Mum and Dad were really sad that I was hurt, but I heard them saying they were glad they had insurance and that Pet Insurance Australia was so good to deal with, and their claim was sorted in no time. I think I am the luckiest dog in the world to have great parents and great pet insurance!

Pet insurance Australia has been a life saver for our dog! He is only 2 and has already had eye surgery which would have been costly without insurance. PIA process claims quickly and it's easy to claim online. The customer servic is exceptional, all staff I've spoken to on the phone have been helpful and caring. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. I'm always a litle skeptical of insurance but PIA is worth every cent.

My daughter and I decided to get a Labrador
puppy. After much searching we decided on a little black girl we called Pepper. We did all the responsible things, vet check immunisations and the usual worm parasite prevention. We reviewed very carefully all the pet insurance options before deciding on Pet Insurance Australia, based on cover provided, value for money and reviews from existing customers. Pepper grew very quickly and became prone to hurting her ligaments requiring vet and medications, until the last injury which required surgery. It was an awful experience but pet insurance Australia were very supportive. We were able to confirm the costs and reimbursements quickly which gave us peace of mind while Pepper underwent the surgery. Pet Insurance Australia have been with us the whole way while we ensure Pepper remains healthy and active sure in the knowledge if something goes wrong we have a safety net!

Have recently joined Pet Insurance Australia. It was so simple and easy to join. Loved the little discount I got for being a new member and also multiple pet discount. It was the cheapest quote I got. Love the peace of mind having them covered!

I've had insurance for my dog Nelly since she was 8 weeks old. Pet Insurance Australia have been great!! They are cheap and affordable but offer some of the best services for your dollar! I am honestly so glad I had PIA cover. It has saved me more than once. Definitely recommended!

I have insured our dog (Poppy) for years now and have made two claims. For both the claims service was very simple. For the latest claim it was for knee surgery and I made a pre-authorisation request well in advance. I was told that I had pre-authorisation and that was great to know. Every time I have called I have been answered politely and informatively. I recommend going with PIA.

Very easy to claim, very quick response, no queries just a check in the mail.

I have a 4 year old Border Collie x Kelpie with PIA and so far she's had a couple of claims. Once I sent in all her details: vet history, bills, claim forms etc. the entire process ran very smoothly. PIA even allowed a fairly late submission of claim - it was from Feb 2016 and I claimed in Aug 2016.
The customer service was excellent and very helpful, while the member portal is clear and easy to navigate.
I have another dog with another provider and if I were to compare value for money, PIA is definitely better.
I'd be happy to recommend PIA to any dog owner.
