Very happy with pet insurance Australia!!!! It is quick and easy to submit a claim! I have a very sick bulldog in which, without PIA I have no idea how we would've survived the income loss we have become accustomed to in the last few months. All claims that were not pre existing are paid fast workout any drama! The pet portal is so easy and convenient to use! I had my doubts with the insurance initially but my mind was put at ease very quickly. thankyou Pet insurance Australia, do not know what we would have done workout ya!!! A++

We adopted our rescue fur baby with no knowledge of his medical or life history. He has been covered by Pet Insurance Australia from day 1. After spending thousands on our other 3 I knew this was must for our next fur baby. We have made 3 claims in 2 years all without any issues. Spike has just recovered from poisoning and successfully returned to his volunteering therapy job today, the oldies just love him visiting and I feel so grateful to not only the vet and staff for saving his life but to Pet Insurance Australia for covering my little man. We have been with PIA for three years now and wouldn't change a thing. With eight pets, four cats and four dogs in our family, we have made many trips to the vets and spent thousands of dollars and have never had a problem with our claims (unless I have forgotten to send something). Without this insurance we would have struggled financially to maintain the health and happiness of our fur babies and not to mention how we would have coped in emergency cases. We have found the phone operators to be friendly and helpful and seem to be genuinely caring and sympathetic to our needs. Our refunds have always been made quickly into our bank account. We have no hesitations in recommending PIA to our friends or anyone else. The policy's are easy to set up online and the customer support is great. We find it great value and the online portal is very useful to keep an eye on each pets history and to track claims :-)

Easy to submit a claim and you get a text once it has been received. Great customer service and support, able to help with any questions and they deposit your rebate directly into your bank account.

This is the first time I have had pet insurance before and I am sooooo grateful for it, a month ago our 11 month old bull terrier that we adore needed urgent surgery to remove foreign objects from his tummy. Having the insurance and not having to worry about the cost of the surgery was fantastic as we could focus on getting our boy better without the stress of the $$$ The claim was really easy to lodge and we had the funds in our account within a week.

I've only ever needed to claim twice - the first time was after the death of my cat. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very kind - despite me being incredibly upset and probably a nightmare to deal with! The second time was a very expensive emergency vet stay - uploaded my claim paperwork to the website, had the money in my account very quickly!

Policy was easy to setup online. You can also now claim online without having to fill out forms and get them signed by the vet. Cost us $7500 to save our 5 month old miniture schnauzer pup. Very lucky we had the insurance! Would recommend to all, great to speak to on the phone too.
