I contacted them for an serious gas leak which was an emergency. I was alone with my three year old baby and didn't know what to do. The office staff calmed me down and asked about the gas cooktop stove. She quickly told me what to switch off and do things until the plumber come. Her advice was effective and the smell started to decrease. The plumber came within 30 min and I was able to breathe properly. He fixed the gas line and advised me the do's and don't when using the gas cooktop stove. This incident was the worst experience in my life but this company saved me. They are worth for my money!

Plumber from Priority one plumbing service and electrical service was awesome! I called several companies that morning and only Priority one plumbing and electrical was available for that day.
The night before, we had drainage issue in the kitchen sink. I used a plunger to try and break it free. Seemed to work just okay. Finally the water cleared and then heard it. Water in the wall, hitting the floor inside the wall. I'm not ready to shell out $$ at 11:30pm for 24 hour service so we decided to wait till Morning. Plus it's not our house so we had to contact the owners too. Water was soaking the carpet so we moved the couch and turned on the fans to dry it out a bit overnight.
The plumber came out and got to work and cut open the wall. It was soaked. Cut further and black goo was on the studs of the wall. Of course my first fear was mold but it wasn't ( thank goodness). Just black, greasy sludge. Our house was repiped but this was an area that was missed I guess. It is a wonder that it didn't happen earlier. It was pretty gross. The plumber was able to cut the pipe and replace.

Priority One Plumbing is amazing. The office lady couldn't have been nicer, and she definitely talked me off the ledge. And the plumber saved my weekend with an emergency call on Friday evening. He explained me everything, informed me in advance of the costs and the possibility of other necessary procedures and fixed everything quickly. He is not just a great plumber , but a very nice person who truly cares about the customers. And the upfront quotes makes you a lot less anxious. Also, they are good in what they do and I don't have any hesitation in paying them.

Yesterday we had a new cooktop delivered and although they were supposed to install it as well, the installer suggested that changes need to be made to the existing gas line and apparently he didn't handle it. Left with our new cooktop sitting in the garage I started calling few plumbers in the area. This team was quickly able to confirm the time for appointments and were able to send a plumber few hours later. They also had convenient text updates letting us know the status of arrival. The plumber was very professional and pleasant and really went above and beyond helping us get the new cooktop installed in no time! Had an urgent issue with my gas heater in my fire place that needed fast attention, my issue was attended to within half an hour of initial phone call, and price was very reasonable considering the quick turn around I needed. Excellent customer service.

We had a gas leak at our property, called two local plumber who tried to rip me off by overpricing the job. I got suspicious and thought of calling another plumbing company which was Priority One Plumbing. Their plumber was very courteous and gave me a detailed quote for the job and explained me the pricing. The quote from them was very reasonable and saved $1000 when comparing with other two plumber's quote. Plumber fixed the leaking gas and did a gas line test to find if everything is okay.
Being a single mother I need a plumber who are affordable and trustworthy. From my experience the priority one plumbing definitely is the one a client like me can trust.

The amount we paid in no way reflects a reasonable amount for parts and labour, for the job completed.
The amounts quoted in the invoice were approximately x10 the price of actual parts. And time involved installing was not reflective of total labour costs as per website!
I’m not against paying a fair price for a job completed to our satisfaction, and for the associated parts/ labour involved. However, these guys are a blatant rip-off and I would never be recommending their services to anyone. [Removed comment]

My wife is the one who did and from what my wife states, the plumber were professional with her and seemed like genuinely were trying to save us money by not having us do anything unnecessary. I am very greatful to Priority One Plumbing. It is not what they charged me, but how they saved me. I had a nagging leak for a year. One of the plumber ripped me off to change the valve and then didn't come back , it was left unresolved and others wanted to tear everything apart. Priority One Plumbing sent a plumber with expensive intelligent equipment and was able to quickly identify the source of leak. My second time working with priority one plumbing and electrical services. The plumber was very knowledgeable, professional and speedy! Showed up 20 minutes after contacting him to replace my broken HWS. Fixed the issue right away. Very FAIR pricing! He also provided us with an estimate for installing a new HWS and their estimate was comparatively less then what the competitors were asking for ( I called 5 other places). Great experience overall - Highly recommended.
