I have only tried this place once but was quite happy with it. We ordered takeaway and it was ready in about 10-15mins. We had sweet and sour pork, mongolian lamb and chicken with cashews. All dishes were very tasty. I thought the special fried rice was a little bland, maybe it needed more soy sauce or something. Each dish was about $14 which is probably fairly standard for chinese takeaway, but in comparison to other takeaway meals it makes it quite expensive when you get a few different dishes. Customer service was alright although I don't think the lady spoke much English - I guess that means it's very authentic!

I recently went to see Leanne at Harmony Natural Therapies for a remedial massage. She was really great with explaining the reasons for the soreness and how all the muscles work/are affected. She has a room in her home where she does the massages which is air conditioned and quiet. I believe she also offers other services eg acupuncture, naturopathy, facials, mud wraps etc. Her website has lots of info on it so check it out. Leanne was really nice and professional. You can also claim her services with health funds so check with your fund before going. I did have to wait a week before I could get an appointment but I guess that means she's busy, which is a good sign! Definitely recommended.

This store has only recently opened and it has sooo much party stuff!! there are costumes, wigs, tablewear, tiaras, craft bits and pieces, fake eyelashes - pretty much anything you would need for a fun party night! Prices are VERY good (cheap shop type prices). Definitely worth a look if you want to add a fun touch to your party!

I've had takeaway from this shop twice now and both times it has been pretty good. Always fresh and the hot chips are great!! Standard menu eg burgers, fish, typical hot box type food etc. The shop is VERY clean and the staff are friendly and helpful - can't ask for too much more than that. The price was pretty reasonable too. Definitely worth and try and it is certainly a local business worth supporting.

The food was typical indian – nothing hugely special / different. I ordered 2 small curry and rice dishes and a naan bread which came to $33!! I then walked outside with the menu while I waited and on the back cover there were a few package meal deals. One was exactly what I'd ordered along with pappadums and 2 drinks but for $24.95!! I was a bit annoyed so I went back in and asked if I could take advantage of that instead and they were happy to do so – just frustrating they didn't think to refer me to that back page when I placed my order. I was served by 2 young girls who were obviously very fresh on the customer service scene. They did well to ensure I was happy but just lacked initiative I think. They do deliver locally for a fee which is handy (not sure of the price because I don't live close enough anyway).

I spent a few hours at KPR for a mate's birthday recently. We chose a 2 race options (6mins each race) which cost $53.50!! that include hire of a hair net and a year membership ($5) which was compulsory. Pretty expensive if you ask me for 12mins of fun!! It was also stinking hot that day so having to line up in the heat for over an hour (for the two races) was almost more than i could handle - not their fault of course but I felt that the organisation was a little poor which just added to the time. The actual racing was fun, but again, 6mins per race went so quick. There are other options availablet though. It was also really busy on a Saturday morning so best to go during the week to get through quickly I'd say. They do have specials for racing on Mon-Wed which you can find on their website. They do sell food there but you can take your own. It was a bit of fun but one of those things you only need to do once every few years (well for a female anyway lol).

This is SUCH a great pizza shop. Forget run of the mill Eagle Boys, Pizza Hut etc - go gourmet here!! The pizzas are a little more expensive (you get what you pay for - maybe $15-20 a pizza) but they are just divine. We had a thai chicken curry one that had a swirl of chutney on the top. It really did taste like thai chicken and was so fresh and delicious. We walked in and ordered takeaway pizzas as they had a big function in the restaurant (we wanted to take away anyway so that was fine) and the pizzas took all of about 10mins. Great service and feels very authentic. Go get 'em!!

This is a bulk billing surgery and definitely worth a visit. I'm trying to get into the habit of having regular skin checks and I've found the doctors at this clinic to be great, very thorough and happy to discuss any concerns you may have. They do try and fit you in ASAP however if you are after a female doctor, call as soon as you think of it because it could be about 2 weeks wait. They are open extended hours during the week (think its a Monday until 7pm) and they are open Saturdays. They send you reminder letters when your next checkup is due too. Overall very happy with them.

I never knew this little shop existed until I stumbled across it recently, just in time for a 60s themed party. There is a LOT of costumes in this shop and plenty of accessories too eg wigs, glasses, hats etc. I'm hiring a gogo dress and boots for $35!!! Very cheap and a very good range for both men, women and kids. I didn't buy a wig but there is a very good range of wigs that are very reasonably priced. DEFINITELY worth a visit and great to have one not in Brisbane City!!

Overall a very enjoyable dining experience. Love the food as it is cooked fresh when you order. My favourite is Kare Lomen - chicken with noodles in a coconut based soup. I tried one of their desserts last time - coconut creme brulee... O M G! Amazing!! Definitely worth a try. Not overly cheap but definitely not overpriced either (Mains $15-25, desserts $8 from memory). I tend to find that you can be left standing for a while, waiting for someone to seat you. And if you want to order something else, it can be a while before you can flag someone down during peak times. But really not a big deal if you are not in a rush! Definitely try it out :)
