My First dealing with Xennox was a few years ago where i purchased a ring. The product is quality but what i was impressed with at this point was the service. We were asked what we were looking for and actually listened to, the assistance was both informed and friendly and aimed at our specific request. We had already been looking at a few other Jewellers and has been pushed away from what we were looking for in an attempt to sell what was on the shelf.
It was for this reason I went back recently to Xennox as my first point of call when looking to purchase Earrings for my wife. I was please to find the level of service to be of the same high level, found what I was looking for and purchased there and then (nice and easy, the way it should be)
