I went to this store to get some christening invitations made up for my son's big day. I was very happy with the price they charged, about $2 less per invite than alot of other places. They were also very happy to work with me until I found a design I was happy with and sent me quite a few mock ups before we settled on the best layout. This was especially helpful as I was incorporating a picture of him into the invite and I wanted it to be just right. It took about 2 weeks all up from start to finish and I was very happy with the result. Great little store with good service and great pricing on invitations.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a very long time so when a friend of mine had her birthday here I was very excited to see what all the hype was about. Firstly there is no signage so basically it's like the restaurant is too cool for a sign, you should just know where it is (a little pretentious if you ask me). When we arrived it was happy hour cocktails which was fantastic as they have a HUGE cocktail menu, there is like 30 on there and at only $12 during happy hour they are well worth it. The bar area is really dimly lit and moody and a very relaxed way to begin your night. The restaurant itself is filled with curtained off private dining areas with low tables and cushioned seats on the floor, no actual proper seats. It's comfortable enough for a while but too long on the floor and everything starts to fall asleep. The food was fine but nothing special, mostly asian influenced. I have had much better food at much cheaper prices but it's more about the atmosphere. The biggest downfall were the toilets, they are appauling! All in all I would go back if someone invited me but I would not go out of my way to head back.

Approximate cost: $25

This review is for Hello Play, Coorparoo QLD

Hello Play is a new indoor play centre for children in Coorparoo and anyone who lives on the southside of Brisbane will know there is not alot of indoor play options for kids around so I was really happy to see this place open up. Being in the old Myer building the building itself is really old and dirty but the new area they have created on the bottom level is fresh, new and huge! There is seriously so much play area and so many things for the kids to play with it's fantastic, there are even seperate areas for toddlers and babies. The pitfalls of the place are the food is not really that great and the cuppacino I ordered was pretty bad. The place seems to be run by one pretty grumpy looking lady out the front who I actually saw yelling at a group of girls to make up their mind if they were staying in or coming out which I thought was out of line. One final note is that I took my kids during school holidays which was a HUGE mistake, far too many kids and alot of older boys just playing way too roughly for some of the smaller kids, especially as noone is watching what is going on in there.

We visited this place last Saturday night and I was so impressed with their menu selection. They had a great variety of food including quite a few seafood tapas. They also make some delicious looking cocktails that they sell in 1L jugs which looks like alot of fun on a night out. But their real shining star is their deserts. They have amazing deserts that are real works of art. You can't help but double take every time the waiters walk out with all the different deserts displayed so beautifully on the plate. Pretty reasonably priced too considering half an hour earlier I had paid $11 for a terrible creme brulee in another restaurant in the same centre. I will definitly be coming back to this restaurant very soon.

We visited this winery for the first time last weekend to join in on the Easter family fun day they organise every year and I have to say I can't believe I haven't been here before. It's so beautiful and serene and I just can't believe a place this pretty has been so close to me for so long. The family fun day was the perfect way to spend Easter but while we were there we explored the restaurants and Cellar Door and were so impressed we will be back there very soon for lunch or dinner. We did some wine tasting while we were there also and the wines were great!

I noticed driving past one day that this restaurant had replaced the old Lone Star in Springwood and after reading some good review of it here on womo we decided to give it a try last Saturday. I have to say we were pretty impressed with what they offered. They had a pretty good variety of food and all felt good quality. There is a salad bar, soup bar and heaps of hot food options like chinese, Roast, Ribs, Pork Belly and a section with chips, pizza and nuggets to keep even the fussiest kids happy. The desert bar is REALLY good, their butterscotch sauce is amazing. It's not too badly priced at $28 each adult because it included soft drinks but if you have any kids or seniors they are so cheap it evens out to really good value. The play area is a big bonus to anyone with kids, I will say though they could add some more things to the inside play room to keep the little kids entertained. We went early on a Saturday night (5:30) but by 6:30 it was packed and as they don't take booking I highly recommend going early.

We had our new patio inspected and certified by these guys and were very happy with their service. They completed the process quickly and passed on our certification in good time. They were happy to work around our schedule which was great also.

I hired these guys to install security screens on all the windows of my parent's new house and was very happy with the job they performed. Their quote was very competitive and they had the made and installed within two weeks. The quality of the screens is excellent and they were very happy to work with any special request that I had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing security screens installed.

I use to go to this surgery but got frustrated because it was always so hard to get an appointment and when I did they were never running on time. There was many a time I was sitting in that waiting room for more than half an hour. Sure they are convenient because they are right in the shopping centre and the chemist is right next door but when you are sick the last thing you want to do is sit all day in a waiting room.

These guys sell all the yummy imported sweets, chocolates and drinks you can't get anywhere else. It's very hard to just walk by when shopping. Not too badly priced either for imported food.
