I took my daughter here last year before we moved to the mainland and we quite enjoyed ourselves. The tour went for about 40 mins which i thought was just the right amount of time as any longer and my daughter would have started getting bored with all the information being given. My daughter loved being able to touch the echidnas when we went through their room. It was pretty awesome that they were walking around you as you were walking through the room. I thought the platypuses were so cute but my loved the echidnas better. Seeing them being fed was pretty cool. The tour guide was very informative and really knew what she was talking about. The staff were really nice and very good with kids. I thought the $20 for adults and $9 for kids was quite reasonable price to pay.

i go to this newsagency every week to buy magazines and the local newspaper. The woman are very out going and are always polite. The store stocks a great range of magazines, newspapers, stationary, school supplies, gifts, souvenirs, tattlottos, scratchies and lots more. The store is well set out, clean and everything is easy to find. There is plenty of parking.

We stayed here while visiting Australia zoo and found the staff to really friendly, polite and very helpful. We arrived there on a day it was 44 and being from tassie we werent ready for that sort of heat. The staff got us booked in quickly so that we could go to our room out of the heat. The room was basic and consisted of a queen bed, single bed, bar fridge, tea/coffee facilities and an air conditioner. But due to the heat the air conditioner didn't really work to well, it cooled the room down a bit but not enough to make us comfortable. The room was clean and had everything you basically needed for an overnight stay. We had tea in the bistro and again we were made very welcome. Both my partner and I had chicken parmas and my daughter had chicken nuggets and chips. My daughters meal also came with a free drink and icecream. The meals came out very quickly and were quite big servings. We all enjoyed our meals and went back to our rooms very full. They are very family friendly with a kids play area attached to front of the bistro and also each room has a little courtyard each that connects to a lawn area where kids can also run around. The price was very reasonable with it costing $90 a night.

We decided to visit Australia zoo while holidaying on the gold coast as we had heard how good it was. For the price we paid to get in i found it to be quite disappointing. We found it to be no different to other zoos we had been to. We thought there would be alot more interaction with the animals than what there was. My daughter did get to pat a koala which she loved. We went to watch the wildlife warriors at the crocoseum and quite enjoyed that. The thing i found the worse was that you could get lost very easily and miss a lot of the animals if you take a wrong turn.
We had dinner at the food court, the food was good but bit pricey. overall i expected a bit more than what we seen for the $130 we paid for 2 adults and a child.

I went here while holidaying on the gold coast. I found it to be not to big but also not to small. It has lots of stores to browse through as well as plenty of choices in the food court. Most of the stores were reasonably priced and all were very clean and well set out. The staff at the customer service desk were very helpful and quite informative.

i have been going to the cottage bakery for many years now and have always found their food to be just divine. the pastry items are always nice and flaky and just melt in your mouth. I reckon their pies would be the nicest i have tasted in a long time. As well as pastry items they sell slices, bread, fresh salad bar items, biscuits, cream cakes, hot and cold drinks and lots more. There is heaps of seating inside and out but due to it being very busy most days you need to get there before the lunch time rush if you want a seat. The staff are politely spoken and are always smiling. Although they are dearer than most bakeries they make up for it with the quality of their products.

I have only been here once and although the staff were very friendly and helpful i didnt enjoy my souvlaki much at all. I had a lamb one with garlic sauce and the meat really didnt taste like lamb at all, it was very fatty and greasy. There was way to much garlic sauce on it so it was very overpowering. My partner also had a lamb one and he also didnt enjoy it. The store was very clean and you could see where the food was being cooked which i like. I thought the prices were a bit dear with it costing $9 for a souvlaki

i have been going to the raspberry farm for years now buying their frozen raspberries to make jam with. They are only $18 for 2 kgs which i find a good price. On my last trip there i took my daughter with me and we decided to grab some lunch in the cafe. The food was yummy. My daughter had the hay stack which is basically nachos, and for desert she had a mini raspberry sundae. She said the sundae was the nicest she had ever had. I had a marinated lamb wrap which had lamb, roasted veggies and fetta. I dont normally eat something like this but i was surprised how nice it was. It was a decent size wrap so was very filling. For the meals, desert and drink cost me $40 which i wouldn't normally pay that amount but for the quality and sizing it was well worth the money. The staff were very prompt with taking orders and were very well mannered. They were all very friendly and very good with children. The raspberry farm is beautiful to sit and have a meal or just for a stroll around. It is very scenic and very peaceful. There is plenty of parking.

We have been renting off this real estate agency for nearly 2 years now and have always found them to be very professional.. They were extremely helpful when we were looking for a house to rent. We were moving from interstate and they made everything so much easier for us. Everything we have needed doing to the house has been done promptly and the things that couldn't be done promptly they kept us well informed on when they would be fixed. They always turn up on time and if there is a problem the will make contact as soon as possible. Heidi, who looks after us when it come to anything to do with the house is really nice and very caring. We recently had a snake problem and she would ring to make sure we were ok and if the snakes had disappeared or not. You dont find many people that would do that.

i have taken my daughter and my nephew here a couple of times over the last 2 years. although the sign says for 1 to 14 years i reckon its more suited to kids 10 and under. They offer a play area for toddlers as well as a huge play area for the bigger kids. It is like a big obstacle course for kids. There is ball pits, trampolines, ball guns, little slides, huge slides, mazes and lots more for the kids to play on.
There is a lot of seating so parents can relax while their kids play. It also has a cafe which sells hot/cold food and drinks. the food prices are really good with most items being cheaper than a takeaway shop. the last time i was there i got the chicken nuggets and chips and both kids shared them as they were a big serving. i had the home made lasagne and it was yummy.for both lots of meals and drinks only cost $25 which i found cheap.
there is plenty of free parking out the front so you could stay all day if you dont get bored, the kids wont thats for sure. Entry cost is 12 months and over $5 and 5 and over $10. this is a good price if you are planning to stay a few hours.
The staff are friendly and nicely spoken.

Approximate cost: $5-$10
