The food is terrific - shame the service lets them down. They have great special member offers and the atmosphere is always great. Wednesday night is my usual night but the service often leaves something to be desired. The pasta is terrific and the wine list is pretty good. Coffees are great too.

Mobile car service - Darren will come to you - it is very convenient. His prices are reasonable, he will provide quotes and as a rule sticks to them. I have been very happy with him - I have been using him for nearly 18 months now.
Chris is a phenomenal hairdresser. He offers personalized service - cuts, colours, foils, etc. Excellent cutter. He is nearly always booked up two appointments ahead, so as a tip - ALWAYS book your next appointment while you are there!

Buying or selling a house? Elders boasts one of the best agents in the area - Judy Latham. She describes herself as the 4'10" human dynamo who sells real estate with sensational results!
Owners are friendly, staff are what you expect in little convenience shops. Items are usually expensive, but it is a convenience style shop, not a supermarket. Open nearly all the time (public holidays, weekends, etc).
Stephen Ganko is the longest serving dentist at the surgery. He is friendly and professional. Great with children. Recently refurbished and modern looking offices.
Very happy with this school - Catholic co-education primary school in the heart of Kedron. Next door to Padua College and Mt Alvernia College. Committed and dedicated staff.
Friendly old-fashioned butcher service. Lots of pre-prepared meals (beef wellingtons, mini lamb pesto rolls, etc) which are a nice easy solution. Staff are so friendly and will even carry heavy bags to your car.

Dine in or take-away - this is great food at a great price. The cafe is small (maybe 20 people) so bookings are essential. It gets very busy around 7pm for take-aways.
Approximate cost: $12
Coles levels of service and ease of product search has diminished greatly. This used to be my primary shopping place - it has great easy car parking, but it is too difficult to find the products. The last 3 times I went, a number of the items were very close to (in one case past) use by date. Staff were not pertubed when this was pointed out. Coles has now gone from being my one and only shopping point to my desperate only shopping point. They have columns in front of product shelving - impossible to get 2 trolleys past at these points.
