Sorry but this is not a good review, I booked in for a set of Shellac nails and a Manicure, I was literally done in 15 mins. I felt so rushed, the lady doing my nails did not interact with me AT ALL, only asked me what colour I wanted. My nails were not dried properly which has results in one of them chipping 3 days later and then completely peeling off the next day. I am going back to get it repaired and NEVER going there again, extremely poor service.

Update: Absolutely horrendous experience, got given a manicure and shellac gel nails priced at $30 total, was rushed and done within 15 minutes. They started to peel off 3 days later, I returned to get a repair at no charge which was good but the customer service is extremely poor, they do not interact with you at all just direct you where to sit. 2 days later again the other nails began to peel off so fast forward to this morning I marched in for a refund and was rudely refused one, NEVER AGAIN and I will warn all of my friends and family to never go to this place, they are rude and unprofessional to say the least. I was told I was being ridiculous over $25 as it isn't much money, can you believe it?! I am so irate at the poor customer service, words cannot describe.

Look, the place has friendly staff there is absolutely nothing wrong with the customer service but a few times my order has been wrong, wrong size, wrong coffee altogether, it has very young staff most of the time. The coffee itself is just OK not great, like if you can't get to your regular coffee place then GJ will do.

Great little local practice for the Eatons Hill area and I would highly recommend it. Total time spent in there was about 20 mins and the nurse was so lovely and caring with my son, we saw Dr Blanco who was also very caring and nurturing, the desk staff were friendly and warm and serve you quickly, I will definitely continue to visit this practice, great work guys!

Spoke to Bruce from Mr Mechanic on Saturday morning regarding my broken down car, a mechanic was organised same day and he came out by 10:45am, Daniel was a professional and friendly young man, very knowledgable and fixed my car in under an hour! Thanks guys, thought I was stranded for the weekend but you saved me!

Have gone here a handful of times now and love it even more with every visit! The girls there are very friendly and service is always fast and the food/coffee is amazing! So delicious! I very ladies style little cafe. Value is incredibly good, for $12.50 you can get the "big brekky" and the servings are very generous although this morning I enjoyed the "smashed avocado with feta on Sourdough toast, divine! Just love this place!

Products are good but the customer service needs some improvement. I went into the lingerie section and needed help with purchasing a bra, most staff were on their break and so a young girl came over and had absolutely NO clue about any of the bras, very disappointing and I didn't end up buying one. It's really off putting when staff don't know their products. Over all great prices and good quality clothing.

I love that I have a local Iga Store I can duck down to when I've forgotton something for dinner, it quite literally only metres away! The only dislike I have is that because they are more of a a convenient store their prices reflect that and they are very high. So you would only go there for 1 or 2 items definitely could not do your week's worth of shopping there. The variety is ok, not great, again because it's only a small store which is to be expected but the Staff are always friendly with great customer service skills.

My husband and I had an appointment to open a few new accounts, we were served immediately by a lovely girl named Sandi. I can't thank her enough for being super knowledgable about NAB's products and tailoring them to exactly what our needs were, she spent an hour and a half with us and apparently WE made HER morning but it was the other way round for us! NAB staff seem very keen to help you with your financial goals and I am looking forward to a good financial relationship with them in the future. The branch itself was super clean and tidy, love the new layout it's very "open plan" with a great atmosphere. Thanks Sandi and thanks NAB Chermside! Over all there is a huge variety in this store, lovely gifts, stationery, books and more. I have been going here for a number of years, the only thing that needs brushing up is the customer service, some of the ladies that work there can be a bit icy, need to smile and be a bit friendlier, otherwise great!

Michael comes to you at home or at your office and does the job quickly and efficiently in around an hour, quiet guy but very friendly, just likes to get the job done. I was very happy with the roof lining repairs on my car, looks very professional and thank goodness no more sagging!
