The company policy of not shipping between stores for special orders is inconvenient and not customer friendly. When the prices of coats in this store is at a qualilty rate they should be helping their customers more. We wanted a partciular coat and was unable to find anything in this store at the size we wanted. We had to ask the salesperson to look it up in other stores stock and get one shipped to Knox. But was told they do not ship between stores or provide a layby service which is ridiculous when other retail stores offer the very same service. Forever New need to evolve to their customers needs, or they will go elsewhere like we did.

My daughter & I went to this restaurant last saturday night. We ordered steak and even though we had to send it back for more cooking. The meal was returned a very short time later and it was perfect. The only negative I would say is that the desert menu is too small, lol. I had to catch the eye of passing waitresses to refill my drinks maybe if they could check in with the patrons from time to time that would be great. But so far as dining experience goes I would definately go back again.

I have been shopping here off and on for a couple of years. The staff are great here. Very friendly and helpful. This supermarket needs upgrading and a good clean. I dont know what happens with the fresh produce but always disappointed with the freshness of it. Management need to regularly throw away rotten produce left sitting there and ensure the freshness is up to speed.

My friend and I went to Bunnings Bayswater last night to source materials for a school project. We were looked after by a gentlemen there who went over and beyond to ensure we had the correct materials on the list. We were so impressed we took his name and hope he gets a big pat on the back for outstanding customer service - thanks Graham Hoel from Bunnings.

Went to Gold Class at this theatre and was disappointed when the waiter rattled off a long list of food they had run out of. Considering the movie at the time was incredibly popular I would have thought better management of the kitchen. When we complained to theatre management they told us they only place orders for the Gold class every couple of days and offered us a free round of drinks next time. For the dollar value we paid for these Gold Class tickets a Gold Class experience was an expectation. Maybe theatre management could consider a alternative offer at the time not at the point of a complaint being made - thanks

Both myself and my daughter have been customers of Emma Louise for a number of years. We have always found them to be professional, caring and friendly, and cost wise very competitive. The girls are wonderful and always fit us in when we call at the last minute. We love being part of the Emma Louise family.

Ivor and the team are just wonderful. I have been to a few different vets and have found Ivor and the team incredibly caring and gentle. They care not just about our animal companions in their care but their owners too. Would never go anywhere else.

We recently saw the Jersey Boys at this theatre which was great. But was very disappointed with the lack of maintenance on seats etc. The seating itself was cramped and uncomfortable. The fabric on the seats were old and very worn. We had to stand every time someone wanted to find their seat in our row. If we had a person who was of a more fuller figure in our row, there was no way people would have been able to shuffle past. For this beautiful old theatre not to be maintained and shown some TLC is such a shame especially for the cost of attending shows here.

Nice cafe in a great area. The staff are lovely and coffee not bad. But what a shame they dont do breakfasts. They would certainly do well out of the locals should Smiles reconsider a breakfast menu.

I am fortunate to be a customer of this amazing business. Ron and his team have a "gentle dental experience" philosophy. I would not go anywhere else. These guys are simply the best....Coralie Havill
