I have 5 PIA policies for our dogs and couldn't be happier with the quality of the products and service provided over the years. One of our dogs underwent surgery a few months ago, so it was the first time I was required to submit a claim. The entire process was so simple and easy and my claim was deposited into my nominated bank account within days. I was so satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend PIA to anyone that's looking to insure their pet.

PIA has been a great company to work with. My cat got very ill and I had to pay a fair bit of money to get him better. PIA were so quick to help out and reimburse me with very little hassle. I was so grateful. I am really happy with them so much so that I added my little puppy onto the insurance too. I did have an offer/voucher for another insurer but I prefer to stay with a company that I know will help me when I need it. Real value for money. Great service and reliable.

Pet insurance australia have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Low premiums mean we get our money back easily every year with claims. They haven't turned down a claim yet!

I've had my two dogs insured with P.I.A. for a few years after learning how heartbreaking it can be to not be able to treat your furry friend's injuries all because you don't have the money upfront. Thankfully, some of my loved ones were able to loan me the almost $5,000 so that my little one could have surgery to repair a slipped disc that had left her paralysed. The agony of initially having to say no was a feeling I don't care to re-live. Thanks to my loved ones, the vet was able to perform surgery, and now Lilly is as good as gold, and you would never know anything was ever wrong.
