Great place to bring family or friends for dinner, they have plenty of seats and the food are good. The most popular dish would be their Hainanese chicken and Yam(some sort of potato) ring. I also love their Belacan kangkong(Water spinach with Shrimp paste). Price is reasonable and the lady owner is always very nice and friendly.

It's a little Taiwanese/Japanese place hidden somewhere at South Melbourne. I was introduced by a friend and now I am hooked. My favourite is POP chicken-Similar to KFC's pop corn chicken but this one taste much better.

One of few doctors that would provide Bulk Billing service in this area. The doctor is quite old but very experienced and always know what is wrong with me. I always get better fast after visiting this medical clinic.
Pay cash instead of points for doing surveys, which is a big PLUS. I hate all those other surveys that gives point and has limited stuffs I can redeem my points on. It pays reasonable money for doing survey, depending on the length of survey.
Best American style burger, my favourite burger is the Jack-with bourbon sauce. Tastes great with sides of Curly fries and Root Beer Float- Perfect combinations.
The owner(Misty) is very very friendly but sometimes can be quite loud.

Best Pho noodle soup in the whole Melbourne. I have tried many many Vietnamese noodle shop at Victoria st, springvale etc, so far Mekong has been my favourite. They are always busy especially at lunch and dinner time so can be hard to find seats during those times.
Approximate cost: $9
Great food at reasonable price. I love their Lunch/Dinner box which comes with a choice of soup, entree, main and drink. I normally order Chicken noodle soup, Yakitori, Curry chicken on rice and Chocholate Milkshake- all for just $12(Lunch)/$15(Dinner)

Best chicken curry don in the whole Melbourne. Cheap, tasty and fast service. The curry chicken don is $6.90, used to be $5.60 but that was ages ago.
Approximate cost: $6.90
I have been their loyal customer for 6 years now. Good value for money, lots of variety to choose from and my favourite is Soon Doo Boo(soup with kimchi and pork), great especially for winter
Approximate cost: $9
I always go there for Char Kway Teo. The char Kway teo is cooked just the way it should be. I always ask for extra spicy when ordering the char kway teo. The lady who work there is very friendly and always has smiles on her face. The prices are also very reasonable, the only minus would be the location which is not accesible by public transport
